| The following are our terms and conditions regarding reservations. Please keep in mind that they are not etched in stone and sometimes we may be able to accommodate special requests. |
| Pet charge: Available only in Carriage House and Cottage guest rooms and the Manor Kingfisher room. Sorry, no cats. |

Rates
Rates are daily, double occupancy and include lodging, a full country breakfast, all day “help yourself” lunch and snack foods, access to the internet and all recreational facilities including pool swimming, hiking trails, tennis courts and use of a full-service health and fitness club ten minutes from the Inn. In addition, all rental equipment is free to overnight guests and includes fishing boats and kayaks, bicycles, tennis rackets, cross-country skis, boots, poles and snowshoes. Depending on conditions and time of year, not all facilities and services may be available. Rates are subject to change without notice. A 10% service charge is added to your bill, which covers all gratuities. Special Rates are available for Business Meetings, Business Travelers, Workshops, Seminars and Corporate Retreats.

Minimum Stays
The following are our minimum stays. (We also accept stays less than our minimum with our Partial Stay Program. Please inquire.) Mid Week: No minimum. Weekends: Two nights. Holiday Weekends: Three nights. July, August, Thanksgiving Holiday & Christmas week: Two nights. |
Children
The adult environment of the Inn at Lake Joseph provides a welcome break for those parents who seek time away from the day-to-day responsibilities of raising small children. We try to encourage this environment by welcoming children twelve and above. Children under 12 are welcome Sunday through Thursday, September through June, except holidays and Christmas week. |
If You Intend To Bring a Pet
Many of our guests choose to bring their pets with them so they can share a country experience. When pets are left alone in unfamiliar guestrooms for extended periods of time, they tend to bark or become bored, discontented and even destructive, so please plan to keep your pet with you during your stay at the Inn, except for short periods such as mealtimes. If you do leave your pet in your room, please be sure that we have your cellphone number so that we can contact you if necessary. |

Fishing
PLEASE NOTE: To protect Lake Joseph from contamination brought in from other bodies of water, the LJHA does not allow outside boats or motors. However, you may use one of the Inn's approved electric motors if you bring your own battery and charger. |
Check In / Check Out Times
We guarantee your guest room no later than 2pm, but if it's ready earlier, we'll put you right in. At checkout, we must have access to your guest room no later than noon, but you may stay on premises the rest of the day to enjoy the facilities. |
Cancellations
If you cancel your reservation within two weeks of your arrival date, you may be subject to a minimum charge of one night or one third of the cost of your stay, whichever is greater, unless your guest room is re-rented. |
