First, call and make your reservation. Starting on the morning of the day of your arrival and ending when you check out,  save every receipt of every purchase you make.

So you decide to take public transportation instead of driving?

On the way to the Inn you stop for gas and then enjoy breakfast or lunch
Save your receipts ................. It's on us!
You might want to spend your time antiquing and do some gift shopping

Perhaps a full day of Golf - challenge the Concord's PGA "Monster"
Save your receipt ................. It's on us!
Maybe you'll go whitewater rafting or kayaking on the Delaware
Save your receipt ................. It's on us!
Or go horseback riding, or sightseeing in a hot air balloon or small aircraft

You might find it convenient to stop by our local food markets before checkout

So that you don't think we have completely lost our minds,
the  following are our Terms And Conditions:

  1. You must mention this promotion at the time you make your reservation.  

  2. We will pay for car rentals and public transportation to the Inn; however, any additional spending must be done within our county: Sullivan County, New York.

  3. We will pay for all purchases, up to one half of your room charges for those nights this promotion is in effect.

  4. All spending must be made between the day of your arrival and the time you leave the Inn.

  5. This promotion is designed to increase the inns occupancy level during slow periods based on our previous years occupancy levels and may vary from week to week.   So let us know when you plan to visit the inn to determine if this promotion will be in effect.   

  6. This promotion is not applicable to prior reservations.
