Bethel Woods Concert Weekend Guide

Inn at Lake Joseph is in Forestburgh, Sullivan County, and welcomes guests 18 and older. Confirm the concert date, show time and gate information on the official Bethel Woods calendar first, then choose your room. Most weekends have a 2-night minimum, so a concert weekend usually means booking two nights.

Bethel Woods event dates, schedules and travel times change, so verify them before you finalize your plans. Check a live map for the route from 162 St Josephs Rd, Forestburgh on the day you travel.

1. MorningBreakfast at the Inn, then a relaxed start.
2. Early afternoonCheck in if you are arriving that day (4:00 PM opens check-in) and leave extra time for traffic.
3. Before the showEat early, confirm gate times and parking instructions, and head out with a buffer.
4. EveningEnjoy the show.
5. After the showReturn to the Inn and wind down.

Use the day before the concert for a rowboat outing (9:00 AM–6:00 PM), a walk on the grounds or time at the pool and Jacuzzi (9:00 AM–9:00 PM, seasonal). Lake swimming is not permitted. For dining and nearby options, see the things-to-do page.

Because check-in closes at 9:00 PM, plan to check in before you leave for the show instead of after. The next morning, enjoy breakfast and a slow start on the veranda before the 11:00 AM check-out.
